Leander Independent School District elementary and secondary students will be released early Oct. 8 for a faculty and staff training session.

Elementary campuses will let out at noon, middle schools will end the day at 1:20 p.m. and high school students will be released at 1 p.m.

LISD buses will run regular routes at the early release times. This is the second of three planned early release days. The next is Nov. 5.
