Railroad crossing closure in Leander

The railroad crossing at Crystal Falls Parkway and US 183 in Leander will be closed for construction August 9 and 10. Traffic will be detoured away from the crossing.
Capital Metro will be performing regular maintenance to the railroad crossing. Construction will include upgrades to the crossing that will help reduce time and cost of expansion of Crystal Falls Parkway in the near future. Construction will begin at 7 a.m. on August 9, and will continue through the evening of August 10.
