Pond Springs Road is moving from a neighborhood road to a busy street off of US 183 near Anderson Mill and McNeil Road. Though new businesses are popping up, the rich history remains. Rhodes Cemetery, with earliest graves dating back to 1907, is situated along the busy Pond Springs Road. This stretch of road is largely populated by locally owned businesses, such as Jollyville Garage, Kenfield Golf Cars and Texas Custom Signs.

1. Always & Forever Florist is a locally owned, full-service florist, 302-9969.

2. Heritage Body and Frame provides a 24-hour wrecking service and has an Enterprise Rent-A-Car on site. 331-1399

11. With about 100 graves and a few dating back to the 1920s and 30s, most of the burials at the Rhodes Cemetery have taken place since the 1950s.
