Anderson Arbor, located at US 183 and south of Anderson Mill Road, is commonly referred to by nearby residents as “the old Albertsons center.”
With the Albertsons property vacant two years, business owners and residents have been eagerly awaiting a new flagship. June 16, Walgreens bought the center, which includes the old Albertsons grocery store, a convenience store and a gas station and plans to lease out the grocery store in the near future. With Kerbey Lane and Arthur Murray Dance Studio relocating to the complex and Walgreens moving in, Anderson Arbor is filled with diverse businesses and restaurants for the Northwest Austin area.
For leasing information, call Matt Marshall at StoneCrest Investments 681-1000 ext. 1013.
