Pfluger Crossing

Radio Shack plans to open on August 7. Jack in the Box is expected to open by the end of September. Two pad sites are available next to Starbucks and two more are available next to Taco Bell.

Gaddy’s Hardware, Feed and Garden plans to add a greenhouse to the front of the store. The expansion will be approximately 1760 sq. ft. and provide for more inventory when it is ready to house plants next spring.

Cedars Center

The shopping center is approximately 26,000 sq. ft. The current price for space is $15 per sq. ft. plus NNN for the first three years and years four and five are negotiable. The center is also available for sale and the price is negotiable.

Pflugerville Town Center

City applications have not been submitted at this time but plans have been made for pad sites.

These are proposed roads that do not have a date set for construction. There are no engineering plans or funding at this time. Final alignment of the road is not yet determined by the city and is subject to ongoing consideration.

The expansion and addition of a bridge to Pflugerville Parkway from FM 685 to Toll 130 is a project being considered by Pflugerville City Council for the 2009 fiscal year budget.
