- Classy Concepts Design specializes in custom drapery and window covering products, bridal gowns and toddler tees.
- Conann Homes is a home and office custom builder.
- Corley & Company offers psychotherapy care.
- Exacta Bookkeeping and Tax Services
- Global Sleep is one in a network of sleep disorder diagnostic testing facilities.
- Hearn Engineering, a general civil engineering company, has been in Round Rock for more than 10 years.
- JO’B SITE Construction, LLC offers commercial and residential construction services.
- Key Enterprises sells educational furniture and athletic equipment.
- Legends Medical Clinic is a family medicine clinic that provides annual physicals, chronic medical care and medical acupuncture.
- Legends Salon offers a variety of salon services for men, women and children.
- Ministering Physicians, P.A. began practicing in February 2006 and has experienced enough growth to continue adding to their staff this year. They provide services through medical house calls by Dr. Woodall D.O. and three nurse practioners on staff.

- She Spies Private Eye, Inc. is a private investigation company specializing in infidelity and child custody cases, but offers a multitude of other services from background checks to transports.

New Business
2. Angelguard Medical Transportation is a new business that deals with non-emergency transportation.
3. Back Office Solutions guides new business and small business owners through the complexity of business formation and management.
4. The Salt Lick, known in Austin for its smoked pork ribs and brisket, will open in June. Located on a large lot with shady oak trees, the restaurant will have a large screened-in patio, wooden picnic tables and a 1,180 sq. ft. building.
Recreation
5. Dell Diamond The franchise came to Round Rock in 2000. From 2000 to 2007, the Round Rock Express has had a total attendance of 5.4 million.

8. Old Settlers Campground
9. Old Settlers Park will receive more than $18 million in improvements by December 2009. The project broke ground Jan. 25 on the initial stage for a girls’ softball complex near CR 122 and Kiphen Road. This first complex will be completed by fall and include amenities such as lighted batting cages and a warming track. Projects include improvements to fields, dugouts and spectator areas of the existing 20-field youth baseball and softball complexes, new practice areas, additional parking at Rock ‘N River Family Aquatic Center and a new restroom and pro-shop at the tennis courts.
Transportation
14. Arterial A The City of Round Rock worked with Williamson County on the design for another north-south arterial roadway, labeled Arterial A, that will connect Gattis School Road to Hwy 79. The plan calls for one lane in each direction with a center turn lane, curb and gutters, a drainage system and a bridge over Brushy Creek. Construction on the project is expected to begin in 2008.
