Verde developers agreed to help fund the expansion of New Meister Lane to provide a direct connection to Heatherwilde Boulevard creating easier access to Toll 45. Although the road construction in front of Royal Pointe is underway, residents will enjoy a higher quality road for the two minute commute to Toll 45.

The neighborhood is in the process of being built by Centex Homes and the houses range in price from the 160s to the 230s. Floor plans range in size from 1,625 to 3,037 sq. ft. There is an amenity center tucked away in the back of the neighborhood – a park is located on Candace Loop and has an array of playground equipment.
