Capital Metro will operate on a modified Saturday level of service during the third day of the union strike. Thirty-three routes will run Nov. 7 between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., compared to 13 that operated Nov. 6.

Additionally, MetroAccess for customers with disabilities will operate at its full level of service between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Since the beginning of the strike on Nov. 5, more than 171 StarTran bargaining employees have returned to work.

During a strike no fares will be charged.

UT Shuttle routes and the Capital Area Rural Transportation System (CARTS) are operating as scheduled. UT Shuttle routes are available to the general public and may provide viable transportation options in lieu of riders' regular routes.

Capital Metro asks customers to review the limited service options available and prepare for alternate transportation. For the latest information on routes, visit http://www.capmetro.org or call 474-1200.
